When will I get my order?
Our products take between 2 and 5 to be manufactured and shipped. The shipping time depends on your region, you will receive a tracking number and your estimated delivery date via E-mail once your product has been shipped.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
Late shippings & Free products
If your order tracking doesn't update for more than 7 business days, or the package has not arrived 15 days after the estimated delivery date, we consider the package as lost. We'll give you a full refund or send you a new one immediately. If the original package arrives later, keep it! It's on us for the inconvenience.

Refunds
Since every product is unique and cutomized, it is usually final sale. These items cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or a printing error. In that case, you have 14 to 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with all the original tags still attached.
