Shipping policy


Thank you for choosing Write and Wear! We are committed to delivering high-quality, custom-made apparel and accessories to your doorstep. Because we print our products on demand, our shipping process is slightly different from traditional retail.

1. Fulfillment Time

Before your order is shipped, it must be printed and prepared.

  • Processing: It takes 2–5 business days to create your custom products.

  • Peak Seasons: During holidays or high-demand periods, fulfillment may take slightly longer.

2. Shipping Estimates

Once your order has been fulfilled and leaves our facility, the estimated delivery time depends on your location:

  • USA: 3–6 business days.

  • Europe: 6–12 business days.

  • Canada: 6–12 business days.

  • International: 10–20 business days.

Please note: Total Delivery Time = Fulfillment Time (2-5 days) + Shipping Time.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Rates vary based on the destination and the weight/type of the items in your cart.

4. Tracking Your Order

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

5. International Customs and Duties

For international orders, Write and Wear is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applied to your package. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the shipping address is entered correctly.

  • If a package is returned to our facility due to an insufficient or incorrect address, you will be responsible for the reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

7. Split Shipments

To get your items to you as fast as possible, orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately if they are fulfilled at different locations. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.
