Refund policy


At Write and Wear, every piece is custom-made specifically for you as soon as you place an order. This "Print-on-Demand" approach allows us to reduce textile waste and offer unique designs. Because each item is manufactured individually, our return policy is governed by the following terms:

1. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a product with a printing error, structural damage, or any manufacturing defect, we’ve got you covered!

  • Deadline: You must notify us within 4 weeks after the product has been received.

  • Process: Please send an email to admin@writeandwear.com with your order number and clear photos showing the defect.

  • Resolution: Once our quality control team validates the issue, we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost to you or issue a full refund.

2. Packages Lost in Transit

If your order has not arrived and the estimated delivery date has passed:

  • We recommend checking with your local post office or neighbors first.

  • If the package is confirmed as lost, you must contact us at admin@writeandwear.com no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date.

  • Note: We cannot be held responsible if the shipping address provided during checkout was incorrect or incomplete.

3. Size Exchanges and "Buyer’s Remorse"

Because our products are printed on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection, color choice, or buyer’s remorse.

  • To ensure a perfect fit, please carefully review the Size Guide available in the description of each product before completing your purchase.

4. Wrong Address and Unclaimed Shipments

  • Wrong Address: If the courier deems the address insufficient and the package is returned to our facilities, the customer will be responsible for the reshipment costs once a corrected address is confirmed.

  • Unclaimed: If a package is not collected at the designated pickup point and is returned to us, the customer will be liable for the cost of reshipping.
